Baking ancient Einkorn wheat bread - Artisan

⬇⬇⬇Recipe and links below⬇⬇⬇ How to Make Einkorn Artisan bread Ingredients 10 cups of Jovial ground einkorn flour 2 tbsp. organic sugar 2 tsp. sea salt 1 tsp. dry active yeast 1 1/2 cup milk warmed 1 cup water 2 tbsp. of butter 3 tbsp. of honey 6 tbsp. of coconut oil 2 tbsp. of avocado or olive oil 2 tsp. lemon juice 1. Mix flour, salt and yeast together in a large mixing bowl. 2. Warm the 1 1/2 cup of milk on a low heat.  Slowly add butter, honey, coconut oil and olive oil.  Stirring gently until dissolved.  Remove from heat and add the 1 cup of water and 2 tsp. of lemon juice to the warm mixture.  (This should cool the mixture down so that it is just warm to the touch). 3. Make a well in the dry ingredients and slowly pour the liquid in, stirring with a spatula or by hand until all of the ingredients are mixed together.  Be careful not to over-mix. At this point the dough will be very sticky, but don't be tempted to add additional flour. 4. Cover the mixing bowl with plastic-wrap and place a plate on top of the bowl to keep the light out.  Set the bowl with the dough aside for up to five hours. 5. When the dough is close to being ready, place a ceramic or cast iron pot, that is oven-safe and has a lid, in the oven and heat for 30 minutes at 450°. 6. Turn the dough out onto a floured work surface. Pat the dough flat and fold the four sides into the center, adding additional flour to shape the dough into a rounded ball. Don't be too concerned about a perfect shape and allow the dough to remain somewhat tacky, because the dough will still have a quick rise in the oven and it will correct itself. 7. Place the formed ball of dough onto a piece of parchment paper and cover with a towel until the pan is ready to remove from the oven. 8. Carefully remove the hot pan from oven. If you want, you can cut small lines on the top of the dough, but don't overdo it. Remove the towel and drop the parchment paper with the dough into the pan and putting the lid back on, return it to the oven, reducing the heat to 400°. 9. Cook bread for 35-40 minutes or until the crust is a dark golden-brown. 10. Remove pan from the oven and taking the lid off, remove the loaf from the pan and place on a cooling rack. 11. Let the loaf of bread cool for 30-60 minutes before cutting it. You can buy the Organic Whole wheat Einkorn berries at: https://jovialfoods.com/product-categ...
