You have 30 minutes before it gets serious, at which point she'll simultaneously unleash all of her Generals Powers, start using Overlords and her Superweapons will most likely have fired once (given that there's only 3 bunkers). Two ways to play. Build a reasonable sized force and keep it whilst expanding towards the bridge, or bunker in and Superweapon the woman. A Firebase with Missile Defenders will do, but if you have access to Artillery, bomb the other side of the bridge to stop Buggies. A handful of AA across the ridge and some units to take out Buggies will do. The rest of your base can be filled with Superweapons. A good thing to do is to destroy a cluster of buildings, as it will lure more than one Dozer over. Make sure you destroy ALL Dozers and Command Centres with one round of your Superweapons and Support Powers. Now take out the Superweapons. The air units will be your only true threat after this, so the Airfield is your next primary target. I'd like to say you can safely expand now if you wanted to, but you'd still want a decent size force and a few Dozers to get defenses up quickly. It can be 'fun' to use a ground and air assault, but you'll want a few Factories pumping them out, and income to support.
