Confidence Unveiled: Social Media, Aging, and Makeup | Tracy Harmoush

In this eye-opening episode of "What They Don't Want Us to Know," presented in collaboration with itcosmeticsme, I engage in a profound conversation with three remarkable women who defy societal norms. Haya Sawan, a Saudi entrepreneur and fitness advocate; Omaira Farooq Al Olama, a trailblazing Emirati criminologist and founder; and Hadeel El Marei, an Egyptian comedian and advocate for diversity. Together, we delve into the intricacies of confidence, exploring the powerful roles that social media, aging, makeup, and surgeries play in shaping our self-esteem. Beyond the conventional narratives, we candidly share personal experiences, aiming to resonate with your own journey and, if fortune favors, equip you with the essential tools to cultivate confidence. Welcome to TRACY HARMOUSH YouTube Channel. This series is a part of "What They Don't Tell Us", stemmed from my passion for amplifying curiosity & a growth mindset. Our Guests: Haya Sawan (instagram.com/hayasawan_official/) is a Saudi mother of two, a member of the Saudi surfing federation, a marathon runner, a content creator, and the founder of the brand SheFit, a brand that empowers women to lead a healthy lifestyle. She uses her platform to share her thoughts on healthy boundaries, maintaining a positive attitude, motherhood, and both the joys and challenges of entrepreneurship. Omaira Farooq Al Olama (instagram.com/omairaofficial/) is an Emirati mother of 3, and Founder & Editor-in-Chief of Unfiltered DXB. She has a double major in Psychology and Criminal studies and a Master in Criminology and Criminal Justice, making her the first female criminologist in Dubai. She was a TED Speaker, a certified Coach and NLP provider, and founder of ALF Administration, a company that helps divorced and widowed women get back into the workforce. Hadeel El Marei (instagram.com/hadeelmarei/) is an Egyptian comedian, most known for her comedy sketches, skincare and makeup looks, and witty commentary. She advocates heavily for diversity and inclusion. She managed to grow a digital community of 6.8 million across her social channels and was featured in mega publications such as Vogue, Cosmopolitan, and Gulf News. I host authors, motivational speakers, and educators bringing new questions, lessons, & life skills to the forefront that we should have learned back before many other things, but haven’t. What They Don’t Tell Us plans to change all with the intention to shift and shape mindsets.
