HORROR REALM 2023 PANEL: Terrifier

Terrifier panel moderated by Tim Kretschmann of Otherworldly Culture Terrifier II shocked the world this past Halloween season, opening at 886 screens, eventually expanding to 1,550, and grew to a gross of $10 million domestically and over a million more in international markets led by Mexico beyond our shores. The public was not yet aware of the world dominated by a smiling psychopath hiding under white and black facepaint. Art the Clown first appeared in the short film The 9th Circle in 2008. He joined feature films in the anthology All Hallow’s Eve in 2013. Damien Leone, the writer, director and effects artist, went on to launch the Terrifier franchise in 2016 introducing a new actor in the role, David Howard Thornton.
