This short female ballet variation can be perform on pointe for those who are ready to do so, however is originally choreographed for demi-pointe work. Bluebird is a female ballet variation from the Classical ballet Sleeping Beauty and one of my favourite. Most of the skills that you will learn today are for beginner level, however as the music is quite fast it could feel difficult. Always remember to keep the skills and moves to your own level, but more important make sure to correctly warmup in order to stay safe.
