The 2,100-seat hall was built to the most exacting international standards of natural acoustics, stage design and architecture, insulating the space from noise and vibrations from both inside and out to intimately immerse audiences in an exceptional audio and visual experience. It has also held a record 93% occupancy rate since it opened and is the only concert hall in North America where the average age of the audience is declining.
