But on this day at the auctions, it was a "first" for another reason. We have never before seen a property manager act like this at any storage facility... ever! And we don't just buy units at auction, we're also customers!!! Despite the despicable behavior, we still wound up buying a unit, and you're going to see it all. What did the facility manager do?
