ITAL cooking is a way of preparing food that is consistent with Rastafarian life style and beliefs. Ital food is essential for Rastafari because of one of the core spiritual concepts, known as Livity. Please note, there is no such concept as Rastafarianism, because Rastafari don't use isms, so it's Rastafari, not "Rastafarianism".
