SOUNDBITE (English) Patrick Gallagher, Republican dissident: "Well, I think it’s quite obvious that it is a failed agreement if we look now 25 years on since the signing of the Good Friday Agreement and what we have are two failed statelets, neither of which support the Irish people. As you can see here within the occupied counties, in particular within Derry, you can see a wide scale depravation. We live in a society that is suffering due to the cost of living crisis. What we also have is failure of the health service, failure of education, a failure of housing, the list is pretty much endless." 13. Wide of Derry 14. Mid of flags, including Irish flag 15. This year’s parade comes as Northern Ireland marks the 25th anniversary of the Good Friday peace agreement that ended three decades of hostilities but that some dissidents from both sides of the sectarian conflict. A dozen or so youth fire bombed a police car monitoring the protest Monday in Londonderry but police said no officers were injured in the attack during an otherwise peaceful demonstration.  Police had warned in advance that officers could be attacked in the Creggan neighborhood where an unpermitted Easter Monday parade was planned by republicans who opposed the U.S.-brokered peace deal reached April 10, 1998.  As several hundred people marched peacefully through the streets with flags and many wearing black face mask, some youths in hoods and masks charged at a police Land Rover parked at the end of street and pelted it with rocks and fuel bombs. Flames burned a banner on the side of the vehicle and cascaded across its front.   AP video by Srdjan Nedeljkovic Find out more about AP Archive: http://www.aparchive.com/HowWeWork Twitter:   / ap_archive   Facebook:   / aparchives    Instagram:   / apnews   You can license this story through AP Archive: http://www.aparchive.com/metadata/you...
