World MTB Tour 3rd week: Trans Balkan in Croatia

This week we continue our one year journey around the world, riding our mountain bikes on the Trans Balkan trail in Croatia. We finally have some sun and warmth (except one day) and we are fully enjoying the coastal views. We will continue riding next in Bosnia, Montenegro, Albania, Greece, Turkey and Georgia, and later on Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan. After that the general plan is to ride through Southeast Asia, New Zealand and Peru. Travelling by mountain bike and choosing off-road paths makes us travel slow and our bodies are aching, but in our opinion it is worth it because we get to dive into the landscapes completely.
