I have this intensely strong sense memory of being at an open air stage at Summerfolk over half a decade ago while Bruce performed a headline set, finishing on this song – the sun had set behind the stage, and the wind had picked up across the sound and was whipping the trees alongside the stage into reveries, and this song closed his performance, a sublime meeting of nature and art in an unforgettable moment. How lucky are we to have music.
