Every time we get see fresh clams at the market, we will surely buy it. There are many ways to cook these clams e.g stir-fry ‘kam Cheong’ style with curry leaves for example. But our absolute favourite way is to make Superior Lala Soup. This dish is popular at a local Malaysian-Chinese seafood restaurant. As it has alcohol, it’s not available everywhere.
