Peel the carrots and potatoes. 2. Cook carrots for 5-10mins and potatoes for 15-20 minutes or until tender. 3.Wash the cooked potatoes and carrots with cold or normal water to cool them down. 4. Slice or chop them into cubes. 5.In a bowl, add 1/2 cup mayonnaise (prefer lady's choice real mayonnaise. 6. Add 1tsp white sugar, 1/4tsp salt, 1/4tsp black pepper and 1tbsp minced onion, mix them well. 7. Add 8oz pineapple tidbits and 1tbsp pineapple juice. 8. Then, add chopped carrots and potatoes.
