Thanks for all your comments. First, yes, it's a hand-held camera in my left hand. Second, the bike is actually engine-off and in neutral for the entire length of the video, so it's just a big bicycle with powerful brakes. Make of that what you will, I see some have :) I'm English so the speedo reads miles per hour. This was part of a ride from UK to the top of Arctic circle, that looped around the Baltic Sea, through Russia and down into Poland via Kaliningrad.
