Todoroki's Gamma Skill is one of the Best Moves in the game with an Insane area of effect where sometimes you don't even have to get hit to well get hit as well as the potential to 1 shot your opponent if they are so much as grazed by it, at the bare minimum if you touch someone with this move there shields will simply Disappear. With all of this in mind the move still survived yet another Patch! Whether you think the move just needs to have its AOE Fixed or just have people who are Frozen take 1/2 Damage I think we can all agree this move is over tuned !
