This is one of the main factors luring expats to retire in Spain. Due to its pleasant climate, fascinating local culture, and convenient location for travel throughout Spain and the rest of Europe, Valencia is a terrific city to call home. It is a port city on the Mediterranean Sea's Gulf of Valencia. You now enjoy all the advantages of living in the Mediterranean region and the travel opportunities it provides, which is significant. Valencia doesn't have high housing costs; in fact, it has some of the lowest in all of Europe. Like other Spanish cities, Barcelona offers affordable, high-quality public transportation and restaurants, while maintaining affordable rent and home rates. Valencia has a lot to offer in terms of culture. There are many unique taverns, cafes, and restaurants to visit for individuals who prefer dining out. Here, seafood is well-liked, and there is no shortage of excellent beer or wine to pair with it. The nightlife in Valencia is well-known throughout Spain. If you prefer a more "cultured" experience, there are concert halls, theaters, and outdoor cinemas if clubbing isn't really your thing. The city is composed of a number of modern structures in addition to a medieval core. It takes no time at all to go from Valencia's Cathedral to the Museu de les Ciencies Principe Felipe, and you'll feel as though you're in a whole different city. In summary, Valencia is a city that provides a unique fusion of energy, culture, and a laid-back way of life. This makes it appealing to a wide range of people and contributes to the reason it is a favorite expat destination. There are several crucial factors to take into account before deciding to live in Valencia as an expat. ▶️ These are 10 things we've learned about Valencia, Spain: 00:00 Intro 00:53 9 month update 04:32 People take their vacation seriously 05:18 The private healthcare system is very efficient 07:46 Traveling within Europe is cheap 08:47 There's not a lot of second-hand furniture 09:44 There's not a lot of variety when it comes to food 11:44 Siesta makes sense 13:03 The city's bike program is amazing 13:38 The dining experience is wonderful 15:51 People here are so well-dressed 16:49 There are so many events happening within the year ▶️ Quick Tips: • You can pick up your prescription at any pharmacy So, watch the video till the end and let us know your thoughts in the comments.
