Naihanchi Shodan Practical Karate Bunkai

In this video I demonstrate various applications from Matsubayashi Shorin Ryu Naihanchi Shodan. These applications are an evolving set of techniques and principles obtained through cross training in various arts and combat sports. Cross training informs my Karate, it gives it spice, flavor and sparks understanding. When you spend enough time in an art, you begin to see more similarities in other arts and combat sports than differences. Then, and only then, real conversations and learning can happen.
