Malta was under lots of pressure from the EU to introduce tax changes and to close all the tax loopholes and benefits. They were on the path to bringing those changes, but luckily for us, it is not in the books, at least for now! And we have Orban to thank for that! In order for the EU to implement this global minimum tax, they needed to have unanimous votes from all the member states. Luckily, Victor Orban the head of Hungary didn't agree with this idea. Thanks to him EU is not on the side of global minimum tax, so it is not going to be implemented, at least not for now! Who are we and what do we do? We are Offshore Citizen team.
