Sadowsky MetroLine Will Lee Signature has gotten some great reputation so far as the alternative for the Sadowsky NYC. I found this bass as a powerful bass with the flexibility of the preamp having the new mid switch and gain adjustment trim behind. No doubt it's an amazing jazz bass! But the first time I tried the Sire V10, the flagship of the Sire bass, I was in shock because this roasted active passive bass is no joke with the affordable price I could guarantee that being the highest rank in V series it claims it self as the contender of those boutique Jazz Bass out there you could make V10 as the alternative of those expensive boutique jazz bass. Both have a great neck feel! But the roasted neck on the V10 has a pristine detail I didn't find in other V series that I stole those Sire haters' attention out there with my first V10 video that they heard. I believe this Will Lee costs at least twice of the V10 price! So the choice is yours to decide when you have a chance try them by yourself and you'll know what I mean.
