On the road with Mani in Nepal | Day 1 | WaterAid

In December 2020, after COVID-19 travel restrictions had been lifted, Mani travelled to the Dolakha district in the Nepal area to visit the community and see what had been going on during the last 18 months, since his last visit. It was refreshing to get away from Kathmandu after a long period of lockdown. It felt good to meet some of the community members and I was glad to see the smiles on their faces when I handed over some printed photos of them which I’d captured during my previous visit. I also got to see the devastating effects of the landslide at one of the project sites which had occurred in September 2020, halting some of the construction work for a while.
