TIKTOK:   / peoplevfood   FACEBOOK:   / peoplevsfoodbyreact   INSTAGRAM:   / peoplevfood   YOUTUBE CHANNELS: REACT:    / react   PEOPLE VS FOOD:    / peoplevsfood   BULLSEYE:    / @reactbullseye   RECIPES: Death Sandwich: *Meatballs* 1 cup Panko breadcrumps 1/3 cup milk 2lb ground beef 3 cloves garlic (minced) 2 eggs 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese 1/4 cup flat leaf parsley (finely chopped) 1/4 cup fine diced onion 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp dried oregano 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes Combine the Panko breadcrumbs and milk in a bowl, and allow to sit for 10 minutes.Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl, and mix until well combined.Using a cookie scoop, scoop and form 18 meatballs on a tray - use two pans with 9 on them if necessary,Preheat oven to 425, bake meatballs for 15 - 18 minutes or until cooked to an internal temperature of 160. *Marinara Sauce* 1 can tomato sauce 3 cloves garlic, minced 1tbsp Italian seasoning 1tsp sugar (optional) Salt and pepper to taste In a sauce pot on medium heat, heat roughly 2tsp olive oil. Add minced garlic, and cook until fragrant. Add Italian seasoning and cook for another minute. Add tomato sauce. Lower heat and let simmer for 15-20 minutes, until it cooks down slightly. Add 1tbsp tomato paste if a thicker sauce is desired. *Assembly* 1 hoagie roll 3tbsp marinara sauce Cheese (if desired) 3 pieces of prosciutto Meatballs Sandwich of Life: *Fried Chicken* 1 chicken breast, thinly and evenly pounded 2 cups flour 3 eggs, whisked 2 cups breadcrumbs Once chicken in pounded thin, dredge breast in flour, then egg mixture, then breadcrumbs. Season flour and breadcrumb mixture if desired. (We used salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, and garlic powder.) In a large skillet, heat about 1.5" neutral oil until about 350 degrees. Fry chicken on each side until golden brown, about 5-6 minutes. Flip and fry for another 5. *Spicy Mayo* 1/2 cup mayo 2tbsp Sriracha 2tsp Lime juice Combine in a small bowl. Add more sriracha/lime juice if desired. *Assembly* Organic Multigrain Bread Fried chicken breast Colby Jack Cheese Avocado Slices Green Leaf Lettuce Tomato Slices Spicy Mayo *Double Death Sandwich* Regular Death Sandwich ingredients.
