In phase contrast (PH) mode, choose the desired magnification by rotating the objective nosepiece. Use the focus knob to obtain a sharp image of your sample. Find a region of interest. Start confluency check. Toggle between show and hide outline function to evaluate confluency calculation. If needed, adjust the sensitivity. Recalculate. Confirm confluency result by toggling between show and hide outline. Save result. The results are stored in the gallery.
