Sonic 2 Simon Wai Prototype: All Stages

About 1/2 a year ago, I made a video showing off the stages found in the Sonic 2 Simon Wai Prototype that were cut from the final version of Sonic 2. I've decided that this time, I'm going to take a look at the full Prototype and see what's in store for all the levels. At some point, I may also look at the Nick's Arcade Prototype of Sonic 2. Oh boy this is gonna take a long time to finish... For Debug Mode, go to the title screen and press C C C C Up Down Down Down Down Up, then press start while holding A. Then hold A while selecting a level. Anyway, here's a quick overview of the stages: Green Hill: Actually Emerald Hill. Mostly finished, but there's some oddities, as well as a scrapped Snail Badnik. The only level in the prototype that has a boss. Wood: A forest level. It's very unfinished. Uses Metropolis Zone's Music. Act 2 is completely empty. Metropolis: Unfinished, but has decent progress. Lava can't hurt you, and the ceiling crushers can't crush you unless they fall on you. Hill Top: Unfinished, but close to completion. Badniks are missing, and Act 2 ends with a signpost. Hidden Palace: Pretty far into development. Badniks, rings, the fabled Tails Monitor, the unbreakable emerald, Mystic Cave's 2 Player music, it's all there... in Act 1. In Act 2, all objects are missing completely. Oil Ocean: Somewhat developed. It's missing a lot and used Casino Night 2 Player's Music, but on the plus side, you can ride on rolling checker balls without falling off ^-^ Dust Hill: Actually Mystic Cave. Somewhat developed. Missing enemies and rings. Plus there's no spikes in the infamous "Pit" Casino Night: Broken Collision, no Pinball, no enemies, no rings, a very different art style, and Act 2 has a broken background. Chemical Plant: Almost complete. Act 2 ends with a sign post though, and there seems to be some missing enemies. Genocide City: A pit of nothingness, broken background. Chemical Plant's music. Neo Green Hill: Aquatic Ruins, but more empty. There's water, but no rings or enemies. Act 2 ends with a signpost. Death Egg: So empty that there's no music. Activating it actually turns all audio off until you reset the game.
