So menacing. THAT ONE was the theme they should've used for the Arbiter fight each month in Operation Siren, not the Enforcer one. We should all make a petition, so they change the song, lmao. Chapter 5 Arbiter/Final Boss theme (while the fight was EPIC) doesn't use any Arbiter theme. In fact, the theme is aimed at the METAs accompanying you rather than the opponents.
