Pediatric Osteopathy - The 5 key Skills For Treating Babies. These are the 5 areas that I always focus on when I'm teaching Osteopaths to treat babies. It's because they are vital to making a difference with them, regardless of whether you're learning to treat babies or have been an Osteopath for a very long time. There are of course other skills that are key elements of Pediatric Osteopathy, but I feel these 5 are the most important and thats partly because 3 of them you can start learning without even treating a baby, and the 4th you can practice with a baby even if you have zero experiance as a Pediatric Osteopath. So if you understand these 5 key skills and practice them then you can really fast track how quickly you start to treat babies. The 5th skill discussed is Cranial Osteopathy, or if you prefer the term cranisacral therapy, but the key aspect here is learning to use cranial Osteopathy for babies, because regardless of how much experience you have with learning cranial osteopathic techniques if you have only used them on adults then you will need to learn to adapt to using cranial osteopathy for babies.
