In it we show you our 6 absolute favorite neighborhoods in locations all around Richmond Va. We cover both the suburbs around Richmond, and show you our favorite area in the city of Richmond too. So whether you are looking in Short Pump, Glen Allen, Midlothian, Moseley, Mechanicsville, or the City we have you covered! We start with our favorite neighborhood of all, Hallsley. Hallsley is located in Midlothian and it is absolutely stunning. In Hallsley you will find many custom built craftsman style homes and amazing HOA provided amenities. Convenient shopping and dining is located along Midlothian Turnpike not too far away. The houses are gorgeous and the developer did a great job of keeping the natural green space throughout the community. After that we show you Magnolia Green, which is our home away from home. Practically every week we are in Magnolia Green showing homes and it is because Magnolia Green is so popular. Magnolia Green is located in the Moseley area. There are tons of nearby shopping and dining located along Hull Street, BUT the traffic along Hull Street and geographic location of Magnolia Green is also the communities major con. Magnolia Green is a beautiful community and offers world class HOA amenities. Next we take you north to Wyndham neighborhood in Glen Allen. Glen Allen is located just north of Short Pump and benefits from its proximity to everything located along W. Broad Street. Wyndham is practically Magnolia Green, just from the 90s. With a wide range of house sizes and prices there is something here for everyone. The cons related to the Wyndham neighborhood are all due to its age and the year built. Next you will see our favorite spot in the city of Richmond, the Musuem District. This is one of the most exciting and walkable parts of Richmond with Carytown, Scott's Addition, and so much more just a walk or short bike ride away. If you are looking for historic homes with charm and character the Musuem District will deliver! Back to the suburbs with Wellesley. Wellesley is located in the heart of Short Pump with what we think is the 2nd best location of the neighborhoods we cover in this video. Directly north of Wellesley is the Short Pump Towncenter, and tons and tons of shopping and dining right at your fingertips along either direction on W. Broad St. You will find beautiful, mature landscaping and sidewalks throughout the community. The cons to Wellesley are all related to its year built, but we think the pros far outweigh the cons. We finish up in the northwest part of Mechanicsville with Giles Farm. Giles Farm is a brand new community that features very nice HOA amenities and because the homes are new construction you will find updated, open concept living. The Rutland shopping center is super close by, and the eastern most part of Glen Allen (Route 1) has nice commercial amenities close by too. It is a little cookie cutter, but that is to be expected with newer construction neighborhoods. Thanks for watching!
