He impressed an American audience of over 3,000 people including celebrities who attended AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF)'s Keep The Promise (KTP) March and Concert that featured a good number of notable American artists. #KTP also honored renowned singer and civil rights activist Harry Belafonte with the AHF Lifetime Achievement Award. AHF President Michael Weinstein discovered B Flow 3 years ago during the official opening of a new AHF clinic. B Flow put up an impressive performance which later earned him an endorsement with AHF.
