This webinar is called "Fair Chance and Beyond?, Public Policy and Constitutional Aspects of Housing Market Regulation to Protect the Rights of Persons with Arrest and Conviction Records." Panelists include: Margaretta Wan-Ling Lin is a Lecturer and Project Scientist at UC Berkeley, focusing on racial justice and healing in planning and public policy, and she serves as Executive Director of Just Cities. Xavier Johnson is Director of Policy Justice at the Just Cities Institute where he works on Fair Chance Housing policies, re-entry policy, and housing more broadly. Xavier is also a Commissioner on the Berkeley Rent Stabilization Board. Eric Craig Sapp is a Staff Attorney at Legal Services for Prisoners with Children.
