Neljällä Hawk-suihkuharjoituskoneella lentävä Midnight Hawks on ilmavoimien virallinen taitolento-osasto. Videolla Midnight Hawks esiintyy Helsingin edustalla Kaivopuiston lentonäytöksessä 9. kesäkuuta 2017. Videon on kuvannut osaston konetta numero 4 ohjaava kapteeni Tapani Parvio. Ääniraidalla kuullaan Midnight Hawksin radioliikennettä, johon sisältyy muun muassa johtokonetta lentävän kapteeni Marc Fussin ohjeistusta osaston ohjaajille sekä esityslentoa maasta valvovan kapteeni Jonne Hovilaisen ja esitystä lentonäytösyleisölle juontavan yliluutnantti Juho Tervahartialan keskustelua osaston kanssa. Ilmasotakoulun Hävittäjälentolaivue 41:n lennonopettajista koottu Midnight Hawks esiintyy keväisin ja kesäisin ilmavoimien joukko-osastojen Sotilasilmailusta ammatti tapahtumissa sekä koti ja ulkomaisissa lentonäytöksissä. -- Midnight Hawks is the official aerobatic display team of the Finnish Air Force. In this video the team flying four BAE Systems Hawk Mk 51 advanced jet trainers is seen performing over Helsinki on June 9th 2017 during Kaivopuisto Air Show 2017. The video was show from the #4 aircraft of the team flown by Captain Tapani Parvio. During the display the radio communications of the team are heard with Captain Marc Fuss, the team leader flying the Midnight Hawks jet #1 giving instructions to the other pilots of the team. Also the voices of the team supervisor observing the display from ground, Captain Jonne Hovilainen and the Senior Lieutenant Juho Tervahartiala can be heard. The Midnight Hawks consists of four air combat instructors of the Finnish Air Force Academy Fighter Squadron 41. The team, established in 1997, flies several displays annually during Finnish Air Force Base Open Day events and airshows in Finland and abroad.
