Lifting the 2021 Jeep Gladiator Mojave While Maintaining the Factory Suspension

UPDATE!!! New Video Out... Please See:    • The EPIC Mojave Frankenlift 2.OMG! - ...   The EPIC team performs a suspension lift on the 2021 Jeep Mojave Gladiator. We're finding that most people don't understand how different this Gladiator is from all the other Gladiator models. This is not a Rubicon, although it costs as much. The Mojave was designed around speed desert running (thus the desert rated badge) similar to the marketing around the Ford Raptor. Some of the general differences are: Multiple Frame Reinforcements Fox 2.5 Internal Bypass Shocks with Remote Reservoirs Fox Hydraulic Front Bump Stops Factory-Tuned Custom Performance Springs Cast Steel Knuckles Raised Steel Hood Rear Locker, 2.72 T-Case Performance Steering Wheel, Extra Bolstered Seats w/Orange Stitching, Gunmetal Textured Dash, etc. To lift this Gladiator, there is no point in replacing the amazing Fox suspension system (as you paid a premium for it), so we worked with Teraflex to get us a specific spring spacer kit with matching shock extensions. This method will give us 2" of lift front/rear while maintaining the proper positioning of the shocks such that they operate as designed. The result turned out fantastic, with a great driving Gladiator while being able to fit 35" tires. In our opinion, this is one of the best driving Gladiators out there! - - - - - - - - Here's what we did to make this happen. Teraflex does not have a kit for the Mojave, so we assembled the following: 1375300 - JT 3.5" Spacer Lift, No Shocks - Utilized front swaybar links in the rear. - Utilized 2" worth of rear bump stops (1.5" upper, 0.5" rear pad). - Utilized front 2" bump stops. - Utilized 1.5" rear coil spring spacer. - Tossed the rest of the kit away. 05-01-309-050 (x2) - 0.5" rear coil spring spacer, bolted together with the 1.5" spacers from 1375300. 05-01-109-200 (x2) - 2" Front coil spring spacers. 1764000 - JT front swaybar front disconnect kit. 1253000 - Lower front sport arms. 1753420 - Adjustable Front track bar. 1985200 - 2" Shock Extension Bracket Kit - Only used the fronts. EVO-3083B - EVO Part - Rear 2.5" shock extensions.
