This video demonstrates and discusses the Bass Trumpet. The most useless member of the trumpet family. An instrument desperately trying to find a place in the world. This is a cheap example which I bought second hand. In this video I use Herbert Clarke's variations on the Carnival of Venice as a demonstration piece.
