The Power of Volunteer - How our volunteers have been supporting TomoWork

TomoWork has positively impacted about 300 persons with disabilities (PWDs) and students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). The flagship Talent Accelerator Programme (TAP), designed to provide persons with disabilities with essential skills and experience, saw about 80% of participants securing employment outcomes within six months of programme completion. The accomplishment of TomoWork’s initiatives owes much to the generous support of both private and public sectors. A total of 60 corporate partners and 610 volunteers, including individuals and corporate entities, contributed 1,893 volunteer hours to support PWDs and students with SEN. The importance of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) criteria is increasingly recognized in both societal and business spheres, with inclusive hiring becoming a crucial driver for social initiatives. Over the past five years, our programmes have demonstrated their effectiveness in advancing inclusive hiring. Looking ahead, we hope to see more companies and volunteers join our mission to make the workplace more inclusive. Together, we can work towards building a more inclusive society, where everyone has equal opportunities to succeed and make meaningful contributions.
