I was extra excited about this video as the volley grip is widely misunderstood and I have never seen a youtube video discussing this important information that I share in this video. I address the incredibly common myth that volleys should be hit with a true continental grip. Even many coaches wrongly believe this to be true. This grip is especially a problem when hitting forehand volleys. The correct grip is probably a grip you have never heard of but as you will see its a form of a continental grip. This small shift away from the traditional continental grip makes all the difference as you'll see I will explain almost a dozen limitations you have when using the wrong continental grip.
