Do you ever find yourself in the trap of caring what other people think? Or you may not think you care but there is this underlying judgment or criticism of yourself. This is quite common because we are creatures of community, of tribes, so the need to fit in and be concerned about what others think, is a result of being included in the tribe and not get kicked out. The beauty of the modern day is that we have control over our tribe. Even if we do get so called "kicked out of the tribe" we are not going to get eaten by predators! We have the freedom and ability to connect with like minded people around the world, so we are actually in a better place! Should we even care what others think, if that's the case?
