Session description: Data Mesh is a decentralized data architecture that has been widely discussed in the data world lately. However, questions of how to build a Data Mesh are still not fully answered. In this talk, I'll describe how the Data Mesh is built up from data products, and will describe the requirements of a data product. Using AWS cloud services, I'll show a data mesh reference implementation that focuses on the one-click creation of data products, including the necessary infrastructure and services to get it running. I'll then discuss what remains to be built, and show some current thinking of how to solve some of the open problems with the concept. Connect with us!
