They chose to change the journey, leading them into this beautiful self-converted, 18" roof-raised skoolie! The open kitchen doesn't shy away from storage with upper cabinets, several drawers, a huge pantry, and a large fridge.  The little guy of the family has a four-and-a-half-foot crib area with personal storage below. They installed a creative hanging closet for him with drawers for other needs. The back holds a queen-sized bed with upper cabinets and small cubbies by the headboard. A hanging wardrobe with a barn door in the hallway covers the washer/dryer.  They separated the bathroom with a Nature's Head compost toilet on one side and a full shower on the other. The exterior has custom storage bins that convert into tables when needed and an adorable porch light by the front door. Up top is a roof deck, and on the back is an extension with a ramp that holds a toddler's bike and allows their bike to travel with them!
