Pity About The Very Poor Soft Case it Comes in! - See my Review on The Alternative Ibanez M300C Hard Shell Guitar Case -    • UB:32 Ibanez M300C Hard Shell Guitar ...   Ibanez Premium Guitars are made in Indonesia and this particular model sports a range of exotic build materials such as Poplar Burl, Walnut, Curly Maple, Panga-Panga, African Mahogany and Bubinga. And without doubt it’s a stunning looking guitar! For regular viewers of my guitar channel journey, this is one brand I certainly did not expect to be carrying into the studio, but all is revealed at the end of the video. Typical Ibanez fit and finish and the 11 piece ‘Wizard’ neck makes for easy fast playing styles. Pick-ups are the DiMarzio 'Air Norton' at the neck, a DiMarzio 'True Velvet' in the middle and at the bridge a DiMarzio 'Tone Zone' – which are all passive alnico types. Other features include 24 Jumbo frets made of stainless steel with the “Premium” fret-edge treatment, with a 25.5 scale length. The neck is 43mm at the nut and the tuners are Gotoh MG-T locking machine heads. The tremolo is an Edge-Zero 2 with an adjustable locking tremolo arm, and spring tension adjustment is easily done via a thumb-wheel accessible at the back of the guitar. It's important to note for all who are unfamiliar with these tremolo units that there is a specific adjustment locking screw methodology required, for which I show a quick illustration.
