Check these out:    • VEGAN, NO Banana, NO Coconut, Oil-Fre...   🍠 Sweet potato ice cream recipe: 1 medium sweet potatoes, previously baked (approx. 1-1 1/2 cups) 1 1/2 cups soy milk (or any other vegan milk you like!) + more if needed 3-4 TBL maple syrup 2-3 TBL cocoa powder Pinch of salt Start with the smaller quantities of each ingredient. Blend everything together and give it a taste. If it needs more sweetness, add more maple syrup, if it needs more chocolate flavor, add the extra TBL of cocoa, if it's too thick, add more soy milk. Add all the contents into your Creami pint and freeze overnight. To make rocky road I added walnuts, vegan chocolate chips and vegan marshmallows.
