If you've been watching my videos, you may recognize a number of Bushwick locations. It's interesting to think how this one avenue connects so much as we pass by graffiti and murals, housing projects, and Jewish neighborhoods, but if there's anything that they have in common, it's that Myrtle Avenue is alive with activity. When Broadway intersects – another busy street – it's as if there's an explosion of commotion. We walk past Pratt Institute before finally making it to Fort Greene Park, and I regret turning my camera off early as there were a number of street stalls just down the hill of the park with vendors selling various African wares. Later, I sat down to catch my breath in the grass of the park under the shade of a tree.
