I am one year older today! (⇀‸↼‶) Not so happy about adding another year but still it’s a special day for me! Today I’m sharing this beautiful song from the game Xenogears, composed by Yasunori Mitsuda and originally sung by Joanne Hogg. I tried recording this so many times!! Sometime, I would like to sing it in Japanese too! About the title of the song (contains spoilers!): To make some sense of the title "Small Two of Pieces", the pieces seem to refer to humanity or humans, which are like shattered fragments of a broken mirror. I like to think the “small two” refer to two important characters in the Xenogears game, namely Fei and Elly, whose love for each other transcends time as they find and grow close to each other again and again in each life. The Japanese version’s title is “Mebius”, which then makes more sense to me as it would refer to traveling an everlasting continuous loop. I could be wrong though, but I like to think I’m right, ha ( ˘ ɜ˘) ♬♪♫ [18.12.30] oh hey!
