In this video Christiana Polites explores the basic theory behind Tibetan anti-aging practices and learn simple methods from both the medical and tantric Buddhist perspectives for cultivating physical, mental and spiritual health and well-being. Christiana Polites received her Bachelor of Arts in the Comparative Study of Religion at Harvard University and has been immersed in Eastern spiritual traditions for over twenty years. She is a dedicated practitioner of the Yuthok Nyingthig, the unique Vajrayana Buddhist spiritual healing tradition of Tibetan Medicine as received from her teacher Dr Nida Chenagtsang. Christiana is co-founder (with Dr. Nida) and executive director of Pure Land Farms: Center for Tibetan Medicine, Meditation & Rejuvenation in Topanga (Los Angeles) CA, and Sky Press: Publishing house for books on Tibetan Medicine and Buddhism. She teaches courses on Tibetan medicine, meditation, rejuvenation, and yoga and guides retreats in the Yuthok Nyingthig tradition at Pure Land Farms and internationally.
