How to Prevent Vocal Strain

Vocal strain happens when your voice is out of balance. Singing feels difficult, squeezed, or shouty. Singing with vocal strain can be extremely dangerous and lead to a vocal injury. In today’s live we’ll talk about ways to prevent vocal strain and develop a healthy singing voice. Oh, we will be blowing bubbles into a cup of water during the exercise portion of this lesson. Be sure to have a drinking straw and a cup with enough water in it to blow bubbles.
