Real-Time Sinking - Britannic Patroness of the Mediterranean

The final hour of the third and final Olympic class liner, HMHS Britannic. This video is comprised of a series of play-throughs I did and edited together to give various different perspectives during the sinking of the Britannic. The video has baked historical subtitles, with sources mentioned at the end of the video. The free camera segments were not done with scripted cameras, they were done manually with a xbox controller as such there are mistakes with my movement. However, I tried to keep movement as smooth and steady as I could. Filmora9 was used to edit the video together. Britannic Patroness of the Mediterranean is a product by Vintage Digital Revival LLC 2020 Credits song: Hospital Interiors by Anthony Casalena, used with permission from THG dev Matthew Dewinkeleer. This video is dedicated to the 30 souls lost in the sinking of the Britannic. It is also dedicated to divers Carl Spenser and Tim Saville who lost their lives while diving the wreck. Carl in 2009 and Tim in 2019. Filmora9 was the video editing software used . Notes on fps dips in the video. Gameplay was recorded on my old pc which had -- i7 8750h 6 cores, 12 threads Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 8GB GDDR5 VRAM 32GB DDR4 RAM @2666 MHz game was installed on a gen3 NVMe SSD as well. FPS target was 60fps at 1920x1080 average was 50fps with a mix of epic, high, and cinematic on the post processing. AA was turned down to medium for the upclose shots on the telegraths. Events (More details in the video) 0:00 Title and introduction. 0:37​ Britannic strikes the mine on her starboard side between holds 2 and 3. 0:47​ The wireless aerial snaps. 1:27​ Captain Bartlett orders the engines stopped and the watertight doors shut. 1:53 The doors in the forward 6 compartments fail to shut. 3:14​ Captain Bartlett orders the ship turned towards Kea. 3:32 The emergency quarters alarm is sounded, along with 4 loud blasts of the whistles. 3:47​ The steering gear fails to respond. Port engines are ordered full ahead. 6:58​ Crew begin to swing out the lifeboats. There are no official orders to launch the boats. 9:04​ Lifeboat #18 leaves Britannic from her aft port welin davit. 10:27 HMS Scourge and Heroic respond to Britannic's distress calls and are on their way. 14:22 Lifeboat #19 leaves Britannic from her aft starboard welin davit. 15:43​ Lifeboat #2 is launched from the port welins and gets pulled into the port propeller. 20:30​ Lifeboat #4 is launched and spins out of control into the propeller. 21:29​ Bartlett orders the engines stopped and gives the order to launch the boats. 22:33 The forward port gantry jams. 22:53 Evacuation 26:33 Steam pressure begins venting from funnels 2 and 3. 27:00 The starboard motor-launch is lowered with orders to pick up survivors from the smashed lifeboats. 28:06 Evacuation continued. Structural strain from the ship can be heard by survivors as buoyancy is gradually being lost. 30:55 Despite her bow being low in the water and the increasing list to starboard. To Bartlett it feels like the rate of sinking has stabilized. 33:46​ The portside engines are restarted again in a second attempt to reach Kea. 35:15 The portside moter-launch is released under the command of First Officer George Oliver.
