A year ago they were the scenes that shocked a community and the police into action. Antisocial behaviour, drug dealing and criminality were plaguing Rutland Street in Grimsby's East Marsh - and residents were living in fear, afraid to speak out. But after being highlighted in a special BBC Look North report, things have changed.
