The Range / The Nuckle is awesome at relieving this tension that could be causing migraines, tension headaches, neck pain, back pain, upper trap tightness, jaw pain, tech neck, posture problems and rotator cuff issues. It was crazy to me how much tension I had in my suboccipital muscles and pectoralis minor that I didn't even know. It's a tool that seems so simple but is capable of so much relief. When I first used it the sensation was intense but it was such a relieving feeling! Aletha rebranded this product from The Nuckle to The Range in February 2024. ► $30 off WHOOP strap: https://join.whoop.com/BMT 👍 LIKE the video? These muscles tend to be very tight on people due to forward head posture (or tech neck) from sitting in front of your computer, looking down at your phone, or just being in poor posture for a longer period of time. Another common area that becomes tight is the pec minor muscle, which can cause the shoulders to round forward. This typically occurs alongside forward head posture, as this is the way the body likes to compensate for the misalignment of the head and vertical spine (neck). To make long-lasting improvements to your posture, you MUST be addressing those 2 muscles — the suboccipitals and the pec minor. We consider these to be the two most important muscles to release, as they tend to be at the root cause of most upper body dysfunction and misalignment. After you’ve released the suboccipitals and pec minor, a third area that you can target using the NUCKLE is the upper trapezius (or upper trap) muscles. These muscles are very commonly tight on people; however, they are typically tight as a result of tightness in those 2 more primary muscles that we’ve already discussed. That means that tight upper traps are more likely to be a symptom of poor posture (from tight neck and pec muscles), and not the true root cause. So, if you spend all of your time trying to release the upper traps but never spend any time on your neck and pec muscles, the results are probably going to be short-term in nature.
