Tomato Coriander Pachadi | Tomato Kothimeera Pachadi | Andhra Special | Chutney Recipe | Chutney for idli dosa #tomatocorianderchutney #kothimeerapachadi #chutneyrecipe #kothimeeratomatopachadi #tomatokothimeerapachadi #andhrastylechutney #chutneyforidlidosa #breakfastchutneyrecipe #corianderchutney #tomatochutney #coriandertomatochutneyintelugu #homecooking Prep Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins Servings: - To Make Tomato Coriander Chutney Oil - 3 Tbsp Fenugreek Seeds - 1/4 Tsp Coriander Seeds - 1 Tbsp Tomato - 6 Nos Garlic - 6 Cloves Green Chilli - 6 Nos Tamarind Piece Coriander Leaves - 1 Cup Mint Leaves - 1/2 Cup Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tsp Salt - 1 Tsp To Make Tempering Oil- 1 Tbsp Chana Dal - 1tsp Urad Dal - 1/4 Tsp Cumin Seeds - 1/2 Tsp Mustard Seeds - 1/2 Tsp Red Chilli - 5 Nos Asafoetida Powder - 1/4 Tsp Curry Leaves Method: 1. Take a pan and add oil to it. Put in fenugreek seeds and coriander seeds. Saute. 2. Drop in the chopped tomato pieces along with garlic cloves, green chilies and tamarind pieces. 3. Saute for a few seconds and then add the coriander leaves and mint leaves. 4. Mix well and add salt, turmeric powder. Mix again. 5. Cover the pan with a lid and cook the tomatoes for 10 mins on a medium low flame. 6. Turn off the stove and cool down the ingredients completely. 7. Put them in a mixer jar and grind into a paste. 8. For the tempering, take some oil in a tempering pan and add chana dal along with urad dal. 9. Saute and add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. 10. Once the mustard seeds start splattering, add the red chillies, asafoetida powder and curry leaves. 11. After the tempering is done, transfer it to the pachadi and mix. 12. Tomato Coriander Pachadi is ready to be served with hot steaming rice, idli or dosa. Hello Viewers, Today, we are going to see a nice south Indian recipe. This is Tomato Coriander Pachadi.
