How to reach Gaggal airport is the nearest airport to Triund, located at a distance of only 10 km from nearby Dharamshala. This airport is connected to Delhi through frequent flights. Kareri lake can be reached either from McleodGanj (51 km from Kareri lake) or Dharamshala (51 km from Kareri lake) as well. From New Delhi, the distance is approximately 490km to Dharamshala. You can take overnight Volvo buses or can hire a taxi direct to Dharamshala.
