A one-life clear on G-Darius' Mu route. I'd argue this is the hardest route in the game for a basic survival clear. Zone Theta is the big difficulty spike that everyone rightly fears, but the partial randomisation of Heavy Arms Shell's patterns can scupper your resource management (i.e. of captured enemies and capture balls) in ways the other final bosses don't. You really have to learn to take every pattern as it comes, and not to rely on your tools for mitigating or skipping them. While I'm chuffed to get the no-miss, there are quite a few things that bother me about the run. I alpha beamed or took multiple shield hits during patterns I wanted to demonstrate clean dodges for, and the Dimension Diver fight was a mess. Most obviously, I got rattled by a loss of shields during the Heavy Arms Shell fight and killed it too early, missing out on a satisfying double counter.
