Strawberry Cottage Cheese Ice Cream 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese 3 tablespoons sugar free sweetener (allulose) 4 strawberries 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract Blend, freeze. I used a Ninja Creami. Chocolate Protein Smoothie 1 cup nut milk 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice 1-2 hard boiled eggs 2 tablespoons sugar free sweetener 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder 1 scoop chocolate protein powder 1 tablespoon almond butter (optional) 3 Ingredient Chocolate Mousse 1 cup cottage cheese 3 tablespoons sugar-free sweetener 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder Peanut Buster Bar 1 cup Greek or coconut yogurt 1/4 cup no-sugar added peanut butter 2 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate chips 1/2 scoop protein powder 1/2 teaspoon vanilla Freeze in ice cream bar mold. Then next day melt about a cup of chocolate chips. Dip bar in and sprinkle with crushed peanuts. 5 Ingredient Cookie Dough 2 tablespoons no-sugar added peanut butter, slightly melted 1/4 cup Greek yogurt 1 tablespoon sugar-free honey 1 scoop protein powder 1 tablespoon almond flour Mix then sprinkle in chocolate chips.
