Sutoretchi Kata - Probably the most important Kata of all! 😅🥋👊🏽

I have devised this Kata to make sure I always warm down thoroughly and properly. Sutoretchi means Stretching in Japanese which is why I named it so. I highly recommend doing this after any training session. Or at the very least, similar stretches. All stretches and poses have a purpose. To make sure each part of the body, that is usually worked hard in Kata and Karate training, is warmed down to help prevent injuries. Also, you are working on your balance and improving your flexibility - both extremely important for better Karate and Kata.
